At this class you will experience what it is like to open and inspect a honey bee hive. Whether you are a new beekeeper or a beekeeper that just wants a refresher course, this class is just what you need.

Learn how to light your smoker, hive inspection techniques, how to judge the health of the queen, how to prevent swarms and more.

This classes will be held on Saturdays or Sundays in June and July from 10 AM to approximately 3 PM at our apiary at Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation.

Lunch will be potluck. Details of the class will be emailed the week before the class date.
